Prior to shipping, all items are carefully inspected and gently packaged to prevent damage or harm during delivery. If an item should be damaged or harmed in an way upon receiving, please contact us as soon as possible.

You are able to see your estimated shipping costs once an item has been added to your toy basket. After reviewing the page, you are able to click on “Estimate Shipping.” You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Some items are considered oversized, and will therefore be considered an automatic 70-lb shipping weight due to the special shipping requirements for the package.
Items that are in stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. If you require expedited shipping, please indicate that within your order and we will accommodate to the best of our abilities. If an item is out of stock, back-ordered, or discontinued, you will be contacted as soon as possible. A credit or refund will be issued at that time.
All items will be shipped via UPS from Minneapolis, MN. Residents in the State of Minnesota will be charged applicable sales tax.

Should you have questions regarding the non-receipt of your order, please contact us at orders@princesstoys.com within 7 days of receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your Take Me Home Toys purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund of the original product cost only, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
